Every year, Basically Beethoven's Music Residency program transforms young lives through free, dedicated music instruction in several Dallas school districts

We pay our teaching artists market rates, doing what we can to keep professional musicians in Dallas and supporting the next generation of Dallas musicians

Why Now?
With potential federal arts funding cuts, programs like ours become even more critical. We want to expand to serve more schools and add instruments like guitar and cello, but we need dedicated partners who believe in the power of music education. Basically Beethoven has 2,300 followers on Facebook, 930 followers on Instagram, 400 followers on Twitter / X, and 531 subscribers on YouTube - a substantial reach for an organization our size. We are quickly growing on Threads and Bluesky. ​
Our website boasted 25,000 page views during this past year and we have 2,200 individual subscribers on our Mailchimp mailing list.
